As part of this alliance, menopause and women’s health consultations are delivered by Dr Katie Armstrong, Clinic 51’s founder and founder GP, now working exclusively with The Lodsworth Clinic to bring her expert care to our Surrey patients.

Your First Steps
Book your Menopause Consultation with Dr Katie:
Initial (60 min) – £300 — includes consultation, follow-up summary, and prescription support.
Follow-up (30 min) – £150 — with the same doctor for continuity and reassurance.
We’ll create your tailored plan, which may include a blend of medical, lifestyle, and well-being strategies.
As you build your plan, you’ll benefit from a serene, supportive clinic experience—holding both medical standards and personal trust at its heart.

No — you can book directly with us. You don’t need a referral from your NHS GP to see Dr Katie Armstrong at The Lodsworth Clinic.

Your first consultation lasts up to 60 minutes, giving you plenty of time to talk through your health history, symptoms, and concerns. Follow-up appointments are usually 30 minutes.

Yes — with your consent, we can share a summary of your consultation and treatment plan with your NHS GP, so your care is joined up and coordinated.

Yes. If HRT is suitable for you, Dr Katie can prescribe and monitor it as part of your treatment plan, in line with British Menopause Society and NICE guidelines.

Not every woman chooses or needs HRT. We also discuss lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, and holistic strategies — so your plan is tailored to you.

Yes. Many women choose to combine menopause care with services like health checks, GP consultations, or skin treatments for a joined-up approach to wellbeing.

Blood tests and additional investigations are available if needed, but they are not included in the consultation fee. Your doctor will explain options and costs clearly.

We aim to offer timely appointments, often within 1–2 weeks. Online booking or a call to our front-of-house team will secure your slot.
