  • Your face will be quite red and may feel warm and prickly for several hours after treatment. There can be bruising, slight swelling and tiny pinpoint scabs which may take up to 14 days to settle but are easily concealed with make-up after 24 hours. In reality, we can vouch for the fact that most patients can resume their daily lives immediately following treatment.

  • Skin remodelling doesn’t happen overnight! We expect to see results 3-6 months after treatment. Effects last 1-3 years, best maintained with one-off annual top-up treatments.

  • Yes! There is good evidence to show that the benefits can be amplified by combining RF microneedling with regenerative techniques such as polynucleotides/PRP or Radiesse to promote tissue repair, stimulating fibroblasts, encouraging cell turnover, and further boosting collagen production. Alternatively, you may get best results by combining Morpheus8 with subtle volume replenishment with dermal filler. We will always assess you on an individual basis and talk through the options.

  • Morpheus8 works by passing needles into the dermis of the skin, where RF energy is released. This thermal injury not only kickstarts collagen and elastin production, but adjusting the depth of these needles means we can also target excess fat in subdermal tissues to tighten, firm and smooth skin.

  • Brilliant at targeting: crepey skin around eyes, sagging jawline/jowls, ageing neck, fine lines & wrinkles, acne scars, stretch marks, skin laxity (arms, abdomen etc).

  • Numbing cream is applied and given time to work before the Morpheus8 device is passed over your face, stamping multiple tiny needles into the skin.

  • This is by no means a relaxing facial, and we have learned that the key is effective topical anaesthetic. We apply strong numbing cream for 1 hour prior to treatment to ensure you are adequately numb before we start.
