Practice Manager

Emma joined us when we opened our Haslemere clinic and has played a key role in our growth ever since. As practice manager, she oversees the busy day-to-day running of the clinic, managing communications, administration and a growing patient list with calm efficiency. With her background in customer care, Emma always makes patients feel welcome and supported, and loves seeing their confidence grow as they progress on their health and skincare journey.

More about Emma

After graduating in Archaeology from the University of Southampton, Emma worked in Compliance within global investment management, honing her attention to detail and communication skills. She later balanced family life in Surrey with roles in reception and administration before joining The Lodsworth Clinic. Here, she ensures smooth day-to-day operations and helps develop policies and procedures that maintain our SaveFace accreditation.

Emma lives in Haslemere with her three children and miniature schnauzer. She enjoys long countryside walks, yoga, and the quiet moments of daily life, though she dreams of one day living by the sea in the south of France.
