Dr Rosanna De Cata studied Medicine (MBBS) at Barts and the London Medical School, going on to train at St Richard's Hospital and Queen Alexandra Hospital, where she gained broad experience across medical and surgical specialties. She now works as an NHS GP in West Sussex.

Before studying medicine, Rosanna completed a BA Hons in Archaeology at Durham University, with excavation experience in the UK and Sweden. She has a particular interest in lifestyle medicine and is passionate about preventative, holistic approaches to care. Rosanna loves the privilege of accompanying patients on their health journeys and finds the greatest joy in building genuine connections during her working day. Away from the clinic, she enjoys trail running and mountain biking with her dog and children, and continues to explore new areas of interest within clinical practice and patient-centred care.
