• Payments are made monthly in advance, and your membership includes a personalised 12-month treatment plan tailored to your skin goals.

• Treatments are designed to be taken monthly to achieve the best results and must be used within the 12-month period.

• Should you need to cancel after your first three months, we simply ask for 30 days’ notice.

• We kindly request 72 hours’ notice to reschedule appointments — otherwise, the treatment may be forfeited for that month.
